An endorsement can document what visitors believed; it cannot substitute for controlled outcome research.

The document

A group of physicians visited the Dallas clinic and signed a favorable report. The document has been repeatedly cited by Hoxsey advocates as independent validation.

Major limitations

• The visit was brief and clinic-selected records or patients may not represent everyone treated.
• There was no randomized or matched comparison group.
• Diagnosis, prior treatment, staging, and outcomes were not independently adjudicated.
• Long-term follow-up, recurrence, survival, and loss to follow-up were not systematically reported.
• A clinic inspection cannot support superiority claims over surgery or radiation.

How it should be used

The report belongs in the historical archive as evidence of contemporary professional support. It should not be described as proof of cure or as a clinical trial.
